Reason and Emancipation

Kai Nielsen has been the towering figure of Canadian philosophy over the last forty years. In this discussion and appreciation of Nielsen's work, highly respected specialists in the philosophy of religion, philosophical methodology (or metaphilosophy), and moral and political philosophy consider various aspects of his voluminous contributions and, at the same time, provide broad access to current philosophical debates.
