Rebuilt, Not Broken is a memoir that chronicles the life and experiences of Dr. Kelly Bullock Daugherty along her journey through education. Once broken by the inadequacies of an ineffective leader who led educators by demeaning and devaluing them, Dr. Kelly quickly realized there was more to being an educational leader. She overcame, persisted and rebuilt herself to realize her own GREATNESS affording her the opportunity to live within her life's purpose; to impact great changes in teacher instruction, student learning, and academic outcomes.
