Redeeming All Things

Is caring about climate justice and investing in creation care part of our mandate as Christians today? Is it core to the gospel or is it merely a trending distraction? Creation care is integral to the gospel, as we follow Jesus who is Creator and Redeemer. Creation care is integral to mission as we have been designed to image-bear our God and demonstrate the gospel in word and deed. Creation care is crucial in these times if we are to love our neighbour well as the fall-out of climate injustice most often hits the vulnerable much harder. The perpetuation of injustice is linked to how we do, or don't, care for creation and all who live in it.
