Reflections Of A Repentant Heart: a journey through repentance and restoration

Do you sense a longing deep in your heart, a summoning, something calling you? Have you been feeling something needs to change? Hearing The Lord speak these words impacted my thinking and caused me to dive deeper into His word seeking Him with my whole heart. I was on fire for Jesus, He had called me out of my dysfunctional lifestyle and saved me from two enemies; Satan and the enemy 'in a me'. How could I understand all He had in mind for me to do? Believing I was forgiven and saved, and now called to make a difference how would I approach a generation that has embraced a lukewarm casual acceptance of sin and sinful living? How can we address behavior without condemning, confront without judging, and lastly help and motivate others to know their eternal value. I was reminded of His tender love toward me assuring me I had eternal value and worth long before I knew I mattered to God or that my name was written in The Lamb's Book of Life. If God knew me I certainly wanted to know Him. If I had an appointment I didn't want to miss it. I needed to know and meet this loving Savior who was relentlessly pursuing me. Living in a world filled with tolerance and acceptance, surrounded by indifference or worse unbelief in our Holy God and Redeemer, Reflections of a Repentant Heart ushers a return to the God of the Bible.
