Religious Reason

The time has come for a new renaissance in our understanding of God and religion. Human knowledge has evolved to the point that unless the various faiths, especially the Christian faith is not taught and understood in light of this knowledge, we will begin to see more and more people abandon any kind of faith at all in search of something more, something more real. People are seeking - they are seeking the truth and the truth is hard to find in our churches today. What you will find are the same outdated, superstitious, supernatural, bloody, incredible, illogical stories that have been proclaimed for centuries, in most instances without any evidence as to their validity. We are told simply to accept them on faith. Faith is the belief in things unseen, but that faith must be based on reason and on the assumption that it adheres to the laws of Nature.
I have discovered some amazing facts in my search for truth and the knowledge and the understanding I have gained has been well worth the effort of my seeking. Some of this knowledge is both life-changing and freeing.
As you read this book, I think you will come to understand that God is much more than you ever thought yet nothing like you have been taught. You will come to see that Jesus is not at all what you have been taught and you will understand that the Holy Spirit is a natural part of each human being. Things are not always as they seem and when it comes to religious beliefs, you will find that to be so very true.
