"You are not your struggle, but your power.
Every last bit of you matters."
Abused, betrayed and torn apart, Alisha comes back home from Cal State Uni in the hopes of finding the parts of herself she'd lost. But when you're scarred in so many places, the road to healing is never linear. Every time Alisha takes a step forward, life finds a way to pull her deeper into the abyss.
How do you walk away from demons which can only be fought?
As soon as Alisha finds a stable ground, her world comes crashing down again, when her body betrays her and destroys every last remnant of hope in its wake. But this time, life offers her a chance at redemption when it gives her the opportunity to save a loved one. In return, she must undo the ties of her past and gather her army of broken pieces.
Left at a crossroads with a choice to make, will Alisha be able to survive this one last straw?
"Each broken piece of you is waiting to rise as a better version of you"
Abhilasha has penned down a powerful story. It's unique in everything. Like a poetic rainbow. Highly recommended.
