This journal was inspired by my father, and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this journal will be donated towards the research of traumatic brain injuries and dementia.As a caregiver, I worry something will happen to ME and whoever takes care of him in my absence will not know what to do (such as give him pasta - oh, how Dad hates pasta!).Whether you're a full-time caregiver, a frequent visitor or distant family member, I hope this little record-keeping book is helpful.
