Resort to Murder

Alysha Grant has settled into her role at Leven Lodge and longs to pursue a career in real estate, but she is thwarted at every turn. The murder of a young man on the grounds of the new Rivermill Resort has her revisiting the previous year's criminal events, which nearly took her life.  In addition, an unwanted romantic interest disturbs her. But when her good friend, and resident of Leven Lodge, falls under suspicion of a related murder her priorities shift.

Life partner, Jeff Iverson, doesn't always provide the emotional support Alysha needs when his focus is overseeing the birth of new alpacas. Will Alysha decide the unwelcome romantic interest is maybe not so unwelcome after all?

She struggles to keep her life, home, and career plans in perspective, while dealing with an irritating temporary guest, and discovering the history behind one resident's eccentric behaviour. Will she regret her decision to stay on as owner of Leven Lodge?
