Restaurant Kitchens of Miami

Starting in 2008, I began calling the best restaurants all over Miami and asking if I could go in their kitchens on their busiest nights and take photos for a couple of hours. A lot of times in life, all you gotta do is ask; and more importantly, follow through. Thankfully, tons of chefs, and owners, and people in charge said, “Yes!” and invited me in to take these photos. This artistic survey represents some of the best resturant kitchens of Miami from 2008-2011. Thank you to all the chefs, cooks, and workers in each and every kitchen; and much respect to all of you.
