Review of Fuel Failures in Water Cooled Reactors

This report updates an earlier IAEA study on fuel failures to include as much worldwide experience as possible and to review data and experience from different reactor types. The publication is intended to provide IAEA Member States and their nuclear engineers with useful information on all aspects of fuel failures in current nuclear power plant operations.
