How soon after your New Year's resolution have you quit? How often has the journey to achieving your goals become so difficult that you just give up? How tired are you of putting forth your best efforts to no avail? If you have quit or given up on yourself and your dreams, I am here to tell you that not all is lost. You can R.E.W.I.R.E. and achieve everything you set out to get! R.E.W.I.R.E. is a process that I have been using for years to help me reach my goals. The process breaks the journey up into small steps so that the walk doesn't seem so long and arduous and requires implementing a key element we tend to overlook and disregard when holding ourselves accountable.
