I am not a psychologist but a women who have been through life and learned from my mistakes. Please use these tips to help you in your Christian walk no matter what part of it you are in. Women this book is written to empower you, but in order to do so you must be able to be ready to be honest with yourself and be willing to change the behaviors so that you can get results. This is not going to be an easy road because you will have to deal with yourself which is most people's biggest enemy. Women get ready to rip the bandage off and deal with the scars so that they will heal properly. I will offer tips that can help you deal with the situation and then provide you scripts from the word of God to help you to build your foundation so that it will not keep falling down.
