Zirandell is a low-class elf, a dreamer and idealist, who wakes up every day hoping to get away from Free City and dedicate herself to what she is most passionate about: books. In the meantime, she is content to work in the old bookstore in the city, her little refuge to escape the dangers of Free City. On the other hand, Göh Bel is a goblin, a revolutionary and art lover, but also a young man who keeps many secrets. In other words, Göh Bel is everything Zirandell should hate. However, when she saves his life, they begin to develop a bond that, in the eyes of society, is forbidden. And with each passing day, Zirandell begins to fall under Göh Bel's charm and all she wants is to know more about him.
