Many Muslims have been led astray by the alluring attractions of the enemies of Allaah, particularly the Christians with their major festivals such as Christmas, which is the celebration of the birth of the Messiah 'Eesa (Jesus, may Alaah exalt his mention) - and the Christian New Year. Muslims attend parties on these occasions in the Christians' countries, and some of them have brought these things back to Muslim countries -
