Rus and Moose

What begins as a scary accident turns into a road trip adventure and then a lasting friendship between a truck driver and the moose who joins him for a ride. This full-color picture book tells the story of Rus, a hardworking truck driver, who picks up a moose one night during his travels. As they journey south through the United States, they see things Moose has never seen before (including an Awazon (sic) facility) and have many adventures together. Rus and Moose is the first picture book that Restless has acquired in English; the author is a young Chinese American immigrant fresh out of art school who wrote the book inspired by her husbands real-life job, and is just at the cusp of a brilliant career as an artist and illustrator.
