Rustle of Wings

Most of these poems are conversations, either between aspects of myself or between me and my Higher Self/Spirit. They are reflections of the challenging practice to tolerate and explore discomfort and pain for deeper understanding, even when I'd rather ignore it all or run in the other direction.
