Science and the Construction of Women

The rapid development of information technology and the Internet is making it increasingly impossible for women to avoid critical engagement with such matters. This text explores some of the major topics and questions with which feminist scholars of science are currently engaged. It is concerned with what constitutes science, how feminists have investigated it, and the possibility of generating new feminist discources of science.
