The Korean Presbyterian Church in America is a Korean-American Presbyterian denomination in the United States of America. KPCA is a denomination founded by ordained clergy of The Korean Presbyterian Church in Korea (Ko-Shin). Thus, KPCA denomination is commonly referred to in the United States as "Ko-Shin." Its sister denominations in the United States include Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) and Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC).
