Self-Led

Self-Led walks you through the building of authentic relationships with yourself and with others. While reading Self-Led, you will gain a thorough understanding of what Internal Family Systems (IFS) refers to as your Self and your parts. You will learn how to form relationships with your parts by listening to and understanding them.
