Troy Oscar Williams is an ordinary teenage boy. Troy lives life on the edge! Little does he know that there is a whole world inside his body that helps him function like the human being he is. One day Troy decided to go outside; this resulted in him contracting the flu virus.

Meanwhile, in Troyville, a nasty villain waiting to attack Troy in his most vulnerable state. The villain's name is Franky Flu, and he is ready to spread his flu virus all throughout Troy's body.
