Seven by Seven

Seven by Seven is a dystopian speculative fiction novel set in rural Australia in the aftermath of a global pandemic that has decimated earth's human population.It is told from the perspectives of troubled young survivors from diverse backgrounds, two female protagonists and two male, who are sent from the relative safety of the capital to work on remote farms in order to feed the remnants of civilisation. In order to survive, they must adapt to unfamiliar surroundings while contending with not only the threat of disease, but also murderous savages, corrupt men in power, dangerous technology, and more enigmatic, unseen threats. During their ordeals, each learns that the world they knew has forever changed in more ways than one.
