Shared Madness

Zack Tripler, a psychiatrist treating a psychotic patient, descends into madness and finds himself at the nexus of a deadly plot.

The only clue is a coded message on the patient's computer. When his patient Youssef is found dead, either by suicide or murder, Zack becomes entangled with Youssef's widow Jamilah in her effort to solve the mystery of her husband's death. But nothing in Zack's world is as it appears as he swings between concern for Jamilah's safety and suspicion that she is responsible for Youssef's death and is part of the terrorist plot that he suspects.
