Shelter at the Moorcroft

"Shelter at the Moorcroft" combines classic locked-room murder mystery with in-depth character studies to create a gripping and tense reading experience. The novel follows Henry Allingham, a lodger and the longest surviving member at the Moorcroft boarding house. He was generally an independent person who always went his own way and avoided contact with others in the house. That all changes as he begins to take an interest in his fellow lodgers following the murder of one of their number.
