Origins begins the story of Siirus, the tale of a powerful weapon forged by a divinity during a time when madness encumbered the planet she had created, Arc. Troubled by a disturbing absence, Ben Porter is unhappy and laconic, numbed by the vexation of a vacant memory. He doesn't know who he is; he doesn't know where he's from, and he doesn't know if he'll ever discover the mystery of his past. Unknown and unloved, Ben decides that death is the only solution.
