Social Development in Hong Kong

At the end of the twentieth century, the Hong Kong Council for Social Service launched an ambitious project to measure and assess Hong Kong's social progress from 1981 to the present day. Social Development in Hong Kong: The Unfinished Agenda introduces the Social Development Index, the unique model used to measure Hong Kong's social development changes, and offers an in-depth assessment of the major findings resulting from its application.
