At the age of twenty-five in the spring of 1985, Melissa "Sissy" Clayton felt she had arrived. Sissy, who felt average in almost every way, finally embarks on something unique. As a greenhorn associate in real estate, Sissy is tasked with selling the neglected, and hauntingly spooky, Rawlins Mansion. What Sissy doesn't know is that her career as a budding real estate agent in Deep South Georgia is about to unfold into a paranormal journey, transcending time and space, revealing her own clairvoyant abilities to communicate with the dearly departed.
