Soviet Policies Toward the Nordic Countries

Berner, a knowledgeable Nordic diplomat, traces the recent history of Soviet policies toward the five Scandinavian nations: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. This volume begins with an overview of Russian relations with this region prior to the Bolshevik revolution and a discussion of pre-World War diplomacy toward Finland and Sweden.
