This book is about a 5 year re-search project on spirituality assessment involving a sample population of over 1,200 participants from 7 different metropolitan areas, crafted with the assistance of over 40 professionals from the fields of management, leadership, psychology, counseling, and formal research, as well as with the help of countless other volunteers and collaborators.

Although this book is written as a formal research project, it can be used by anyone interested in assessing spirituality for individuals, couples, teams, organizations, or even movements and can be used as either an assessment tool or as a research tool.

On the other hand, this book is set up in such a way that anyone can read the background in Chapter 1 and move directly to Chapter 7 for an explanation of how to administer and calculate spirituality scores.
