The idea of this work was to examine the role of psychological skills, mental toughness and team unity in soccer performance of Ethiopian premier league players. It considered differences between individuals from different playing positions regarding these modalities.The results shows, there was a significance differences between high and Low performing teams with regard to age of players, previous competition experience, and the number of periods being part of a specific team had influence on performance.
