Sprachbildung im Biologieunterricht

Subject learning and language learning are intimately related, which means that all teachers need competency in language education. This study reviews linguistic features of biology and empirically presents teachers' ideas to show how to integrate biology, the language of biology, and potentials for language development into subject teaching, thereby providing a base for developing education programs.
