This volume concerns the speech problems found in persons with a migration background. They are studied both from the vantage point of the relevant disciplines and with respect to the various dimensions of this field, such as multilingualism and the path from spoken to written language. The book is divided into three parts: the concepts in the pretheoretical area, concepts in the nonlinguistic disciplines (political sciences, history, law), and finally the systematic foundations of linguistic reasoning. Also touched upon are the consequences of this approach to the political questions of integration, the practical matters of education (intercultural education) as well as further linguistic and speech linguistic research. The interdisciplinary aspect of this work reflects the author's participation in the Postgraduate Seminar Migration in Modern Europe of the IMIS as well as the results of research projects with Moroccan migration children. This text is in German.
