St Matthew

Originally published in 1902 for use in schools, this book contains the Revised Version text of the Gospel of St Matthew with critical annotations by Arthur Carr, then vicar of Addington in Surrey. Carr's introduction supplies a history of the Synoptic Gospels and on overview of the political forces active in Judaea at the time of Christ.
