Did you know a common characteristic of people with Down syndrome is a feature called Brushfield Spots? The spots are present in the eyes of many people who have Down syndrome and they look so much like stars! While no one really knows why these stars are present, Hunter's mom, Michelle, believes they are there to serve as a reminder of the amazing things that can happen through the journey of Down syndrome.
