Strategic Studies Quarterly is a professional publication sponsored by the Air Force for: Military, Government, and Academic Professionals. The forum is published four times a year and is packed with information regarding our nation's security. This strategic journal is part of a larger set of initiatives designed to ensure that the ideas that are part and parcel of our national security debate do not become stagnant or conventional. This is one of those forums.
