Adequate stroke care access not only requires the availability of comprehensive healthcare facilities but also needs affordability and knowledge of the availability of these services. Presentations of stroke syndromes depend on their location, size, and underlying comorbidities. These lesions can have clinical features of increased intracranial pressure, focal neurological deficits, or seizures (generalized or partial) with rapid progression.
