Stronger Together

You have been called to serve in children's ministry. It is an important and rewarding calling. But it's not always easy. There are frustrations and difficulties. At times you might feel tired and overlooked. You might question if what you do matters. There might come a day when you reach the point of burnout and think about giving up. 

But children's ministry is worth it. 

Week in and week out you have the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with boys and girls. You are doing more than babysitting or just passing out cookies and coloring sheets. You are sharing the Gospel, discipling believers. You are making an eternal difference. You have the BEST. JOB. EVER. 

This leadership devotional is for you, kidmin leaders. Allow yourselves to be grounded in the Word of God and strengthened by His message to you, each week. Remember, since God has called you, He has equipped you to do His work. And you are not in this alone.
