Succession Planning: Is Djj Ready? If Not, What Can the Agency Do to Prepare for Succession Planning?

The specific task with this project is to project and analyze the anticipated turnover in management staff, and to guide the analysis of management positions in order to develop a succession plan at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice. The major objective is to prepare for the loss of institutional knowledge as a result of retirements of key personnel.
