About the Book:

The book ' Sudha Ghat ' written by Shri Sandeep Gadkari contains 7 poems.All these poems, with more or less intensity, stress the need of enshrining our  traditional family values, the need of maintaining amicable interpersonal relations, the need of upholding the philanthropic cause all over the globe and the need to stand by the underprivileged sections of the society, dalits, minorities and women.

 With the decisive triumph of the capitalistic world order after the end of cold war, we have slowly started realising its bitter consequences. Exploitation of natural resources and manpower has reached its peak.With the abundance of comforts and luxuries on one side and the dearth of peace and inner satisfaction on other side, the entire mankind is looking towards and starving for moral and spiritual upliftment.

In this very context, these poems signify the role of preaches in our ancient vedic scriptures saying 

Sarve api sukhinah santu

Sarve santu niramaya

Sarve bhadrani pashyantu

Maa kashchit dukham apnuyat

meaning ' Let Everyone attain bliss, Let everyone be blessed with good health. Let everyone observe wellbeing of each other and no one should  be in misery.
