The classic guide to Suffolk's rich heritage of churches. Available again by public demand, Suffolk Churches has long been recognised as a classic; Pevsner described it as "outstanding" and calls its gazetteer "an unfailing guide". The first section deals with the various parts of the church and its fittings, and how they were affected by changing styles and religious reforms.
