Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and Operators know that the proper training of plant operators is an area of major concern. A high percentage of all plant violations originate in the treatment process and could have been prevented by the Operator. The majority of these violations can be traced to a lack of training. The SUPER Operator manual is meant to address these operational issues before they arise.
