Surya has no business being in Atlantis. The Earth Directive from The Galactic Federation of Planets forbids it. Disgusted and disillusioned by man’s corrupt ways, extraterrestrial beings have shunned their human creations for thousands of years. When he views from his royal observatory an Atlantean woman in the arms of a lover, Surya is intent on experiencing the human condition—with her. The fact that he’s thousands of light years away in the Lyra Constellation means little to him.

Each side wants one other thing: Surya’s power and knowledge to help them win. With his Atlantean lover and mutant friend, he battles through his youth and inexperience to keep peace.
