Do this either by work, or worship, or psychic control, or philosophy, by one or more, or all of these, and be free. This is the whole of religion. Martial Arts is the Way of the Warrior And this book is written to help you in becoming that Warrior From my childhood, if I saw something beautiful I would always want to share it with others. I have done this all my life, from the small things to the big things I experienced in life. Bringing Tae Kwon Do to Pakistan was one of those experiences, which I want to document by narrating the whole saga.
