Have you ever sat back and taken an evaluation of your life? Sometimes you notice many gaps you do not remember. I have realized those gaps were traumatic experiences I chose to forget. I am sure I do not stand alone when I say some things are too painful to keep in your mind. Although, I do think it's beneficial to take an inventory of your life to gain an understanding of what's to come and how you should proceed.
