TAKE TO THE UNSCATHED ROAD is more than just a coming of age memoir. It is the story of two friends who departed and arrived, who came and left, and who loved and were loved. It is a story of restoration of faith and friendship. It is the tale of rectification, redemption, and reality. It is also a comparison of the beauty in the world around us and its simultaneous exploitation; and the need to preserve and conserve land for future generations to enjoy, to cultivate, and to harvest. But most importantly, it is the story of me. Of you. Of us. It is an evaluation of the human condition. Namely, that when we are confronted with hardship and adversity, we will come to the aid of others no matter the burden.
