Talk To Me

Peter walked and walked at a slow, meditative pace, admiring the surroundings of the area and savoring the fresh air. He saw a few individuals sparsely spread in the distance. He also saw a deer grazing in the meadows, succumbing to the interference of people visiting its territory. An hour later, he sat on a bench in a very quiet area and pulled out a small notebook and a pen from his pocket. He was inspired to go within and listen to his inner voice. He aspired to have a conversation with his inner self. He wrote down a series of questions from his mind...

Peter sat silently for a few minutes, waiting to hear an answer from his inner voice. He heard nothing. He then begged with a soft, audible voice and misty tears, "Talk to me! Please... answer me!"

He patiently waited a while, highly focused and waiting for an answer. He jolted in his seat when he heard a voice within him that said, "You have the answers... Address them one at a time."

Peter was mesmerized hearing this inner voice for the first time...
