With the Queen fighting for her life from an attack by assassins, Dak Donahue leads a group of young warriors deep into the enemy territory in an attempt to slow the march north of the Normand army. They witness first-hand the cruelty and devastation caused by the Normand empire soldiers who are determined to conquer all that lies in their path. Knowing they are outnumbered by the massive Normand troops, Dak tries to unite the villagers of the north to join forces to fight for their survival as well as his countrymen. The mission leads to an iconic battle of Harpers Ferry Harbor. However, Dak soon discovers the threat to his mother's kingdom is much greater than he realized. Before it is too late, he and his small circle of friends must overcome perilous conditions to intercept a shipment of gold to finance the Normand army invasion, but can they?
