Over 300 temperament and psychological type approaches and interventions are integrated and applied in clinical social work practice with individuals. Approaches are integrated with the social work core value of respecting the dignity and worth of people. Then the foundational general method of social work practice is augmented through psychological type applications from engagement and data collection; to assessment and planning; to intervention; to evaluation and termination. Specific interventions related to eight psychological preferences are enumerated, listed and discussed.
