The formerly peaceful town of Deal, Nevada is suddenly plagued with murders.

The homicide victims range from the homecoming queen of Deal High School to a beloved, elderly lady and lifelong resident of the town.

Going undercover as a high school student has its share of challenges for homicide detective, Cosette. Having to conceal her pregnancy is particularly stressful.

Cosette and her partner, Tommy Munro, must work around the clock to solve the slayings.
