This book gives an introduction to Psychology, its branches and several other chapters such as the nervous system, the brain, the endocrine system, the senses, perception, the various perceptual errors, perceptual constancies, errors in perception, attention and the like. This apart memory, the types of memory, mnemonics, stress and means of coping are also covered. In addition this book also gives sample question papers of the last three years of the Mahatma Gandhi University as this book is partly based on the syllabus of this particular university of Kottayam, Kerala.
