April Casey, middle-aged, divorced, professional woman decides to leave the rat race of the big city and move to a small mid western town to start a new chapter in her life. Soon, she meets her new neighbors, James and Steven and new friendships begin to evolve. Her desire to open a small boutique soon gets underway but not without incident. Unusual events begin to threaten the new friends and make their daily lives uneasy and cautious. It is not until she realizes what "That Sound" is, that her life truly changes in a way she never thought possible or expected.
